Dr. Nanda has had the opportunity of working for several reputed institutions such as St. John’s Hospital and Medical College, Manipal Hospital and Mallya Hospital in Bangalore and Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai, to name a few.
She has worked in the capacity of the registrar at Manipal Hospital and Mallya Hospital. She started her surgical career at St. John’s Hospital and Medical College and worked as a lecturer,assistant professor, and an associate professor. Here she was involved in teaching and research. visiting many international centers to train herself in highly skilled laparoscopic surgery. She was involved in gender mainstreaming in medical education,at Trivandrum and was an organizer and faculty for gender mainstreaming in medical education, held at St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore. And has completed training in molecular science for six months at St. John’s Research Institute.
